Sixteen catalogue doors, one LitBuy rule on each

Sixteen category doors, each with the LitBuy condition that tends to decide whether a purchase in it goes smoothly.

Rules read 16 October 2026 from LitBuy help articles 02, 03 and 15 and the coupon help pages.

Sixteen category doors

Product photos identify all sixteen categories; the notes explain the relevant checks. Every card opens the matching category or search.

Why categories carry rules here

Table pairing product categories with LitBuy's packaging standard for returns
Packaging standards from LitBuy help 15 (updated 30 June 2026).

LitBuy writes several of its rules by product type. Help article 15, updated 30 June 2026, lists packaging standards per category that decide whether a no-reason return is still possible: sneaker anti-theft tags uncut, one-time seals on perfume and skincare unopened, digital goods with an undamaged network licence label and no liquid contact, a DSLR shutter count of 20 or fewer.

Help 03 sets what the warehouse does and does not inspect. It counts items and checks colour, size and specification against the order, but it does not judge colour difference, small size errors or how a product performs, and it does not power on electrical goods. Those two articles shape the card notes above.

A good find should stand up without its reward offer

Before considering a coupon or sharing reward, decide whether the product is suitable at its current seller price. Open the listing, choose the exact option and compare measurements, materials and included pieces. Keep the original link and specification. A category image does not establish stock, authenticity or the quality of the goods you will receive.

The Spreadsheet organises possible purchases; LitBuy manages the selected order and warehouse stage. A promotional benefit is an additional set of conditions, not a replacement for those buying checks. If a reward asks you to accept the goods or changes return options, resolve your product questions first. Compare the purchase on its own merits before adding a benefit that may never become usable for your particular parcel.

Where the share reward meets a category

Filming for the reward, read against the category standards.

The share reward asks you to record the unboxing and complete quality inspection and unpacking before you post. For sealed categories, unpacking is the act that ends a no-reason return on its own. For everything else, rule 3 does the same job in writing: once you take part, the order cannot be returned or refunded.

So the categories where people most often change their minds (anything sized, anything with a colour that photographs differently) are the ones where the reward costs most. Wait until you have worn or used the items long enough to be sure, then decide; you have 30 days from confirming receipt.

What the warehouse photographs per category

Card summarising free and custom QC photos at LitBuy
Photo options from LitBuy help 20, read 16 October 2026.

Free QC photos are usually 3 to 6 per item in normal resolution, showing the item from front and back plus one side or logo angle, according to help 20. If you need a seam, a label or a hinge, extra shots you request are priced at 1 yuan each, per LitBuy's help page, with the angle chosen by you.

These photos record what arrived. They do not test what it is: LitBuy states that its purchasing service gives you no verification of quality or authenticity. That is worth remembering for watches and jewellery especially, where a close-up can look reassuring and prove nothing about origin.

Searching across categories

Tips card for searching the catalogue with physical descriptions
Search habits that work in the catalogue.

The home page search runs over all sixteen categories together. Short, physical descriptions work better than product names: “wool beanie”, “wide leg denim”, “canvas tote”. The Women's card is itself a keyword search, so its results move as listings change.

Whatever you find, the perk conditions on this site apply the same way. A coupon never cares what is in the parcel, only which parcel it is on.

One habit saves trouble later: when you open a listing you like, note the seller's size chart and the exact option name before you pay. Those two details are what you will compare against the warehouse photos, and they decide whether a return is a seller fault (usually free) or your own choice (shipping both ways plus CNY 5).
