LitBuy shipping coupons and the spin wheel
Four ways to get a shipping coupon, one parcel slot to spend it in, and end dates that will not be extended.
The sign-up and Discord coupons
A banner across the top of every LitBuy page offers two shipping coupons: one for signing up and one for joining Discord. The banner gives no end date for either. The banner asks users to sign up for the first; check the coupon actually issued and its account conditions. For the second, join through discord.gg/litbuyofficial, the invite the banner points to; check the official server for claim instructions, because the public banner does not explain how issuance works.
On 16 October 2026 the Discord icon in LitBuy's footer pointed to a different invite, and Discord reported that invite as invalid. If the footer link sends you to an error, it is not you.
You do
- Create an account; join the server via the banner invite.
- Find coupons under Wallet, then Coupon.
You give up
- A Discord account and server membership.
- The parcel's single coupon slot when you use one.
Account binding and no extensions
Help article 11, updated 30 June 2026, sets two rules for every LitBuy shipping coupon. Each coupon is bound to a single user and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. And coupons expire at the end of their validity and cannot be extended; LitBuy asks you to use them in time.
So a coupon is not cash and not a gift. If a friend is about to ship and you are not, you cannot pass yours over. If a parcel is delayed past a coupon's end date because items are still on their way to the warehouse, the coupon does not wait.
One shipping coupon per parcel
Help article 35 describes where coupons are used: on the parcel submission page, after you choose the address and route, next to the shipping price. Then the key sentence: “Only one shipping coupon can be used for each package.”
That one line turns four coupon sources into a queue. The sign-up coupon, the Discord coupon, a pool coupon and a wheel prize cannot sit on the same parcel. Splitting items into more parcels to use more coupons changes your shipping costs in ways the coupon page cannot tell you, so treat that as a shipping decision, not a coupon trick.
The public coupon pool and its end dates
Pool records are not issued coupons. The public response has endTime fields, while couponCustomerId, receivedTime and expiredAt are null for these entries. It does not establish what your account can claim or the validity of a coupon already in your wallet. Check the individual wallet entry before paying.
LitBuy's public voucher feed listed 17 shipping coupons on 16 October 2026, all marked for international shipping. They fall into three types. One percentage coupon (40%) ends on 30 November 2026, 23:59:59. Fixed-amount coupons of CNY 10 and CNY 20 need no minimum. Spend-threshold coupons follow a pattern of a CNY amount off once the shipping bill passes a CNY threshold, at six levels from CNY 199 to CNY 4,999; they and most fixed-amount entries end on 31 December 2026. One CNY 10 entry runs to 31 December 2027.
We list types and dates only. A coupon's worth on your parcel depends on the route and weight, and the threshold coupons do nothing on a bill below their threshold. A count of 16 coupons was reported on 2 October 2026; the live feed showed 17 two weeks later, so counts move.
The spin wheel event
A round wheel badge sits in the lower left of LitBuy pages. The event feed names it “LitBuy Spin Wheel Event”, running from 1 July 2026 16:35 to 30 November 2026 23:59:59, with six prizes listed: 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 40% coupons.
The badge image itself shows dollar figures rather than percentages. We cannot tell from outside which presentation reflects the prizes for your account, so we report both. The rule text behind the event is not shown to logged-out visitors: how spins are earned, how many you get and the odds are all unpublished. Any prize is a coupon, which means it joins the same one-per-parcel queue.

Where LitBuy says coupons come from
Help article 12 names three channels for shipping coupons: events announced on LitBuy's website, LitBuy's official Reddit welfare events, and LitBuy's official Discord events. It asks you to follow those accounts. Points can also be redeemed for shipping coupons in the Points Shop.
Each channel adds its own condition. Discord events require server membership. Reddit events follow the rules of the subreddit and the post. Points Shop coupons cost points you earned on non-coupon spending. None of them escapes the one-coupon-per-parcel rule.
Coupons and the other perks
Two other programmes read coupons out of their sums. The Points Rules award no points for coupon discounts, so a coupon-heavy parcel earns fewer shipping points. And the Promotion Alliance works out commission on the shipping actually paid after coupons, so coupon use by people you invited lowers the commission base.
Neither is a reason to skip a coupon. They are reasons not to expect the same parcel to deliver every benefit at once. The sorter with these four ticked shows the rules side by side.
