LitBuy Promotion Alliance: the duties behind an invite link
LitBuy's invite programme reads less like a perk and more like a contract. This page lists what it asks and what it can take away.
What the programme is
The Promotion Alliance, also labelled Affiliate Program in LitBuy's menu, pays a bonus when people you invite pay for things on LitBuy. The agreement says the bonus is based on logistics fees or net consumption of effective orders actually paid, after coupons, VIP discounts and other discounts, and that LitBuy may adjust the calculation standards on its own, with changes applying once published on its website.
We do not present it as an income idea. The rate for each promotion level is not public, and the conditions below apply whether a bonus is large or nothing at all.
Three documents govern it: help 08 (a short Q&A on commission and withdrawals), help 28 (restriction reasons and penalties) and the affiliate agreement (help 29), which uses Party A for LitBuy and Party B for you. Where they overlap, the agreement is the fuller text.
Eight reasons LitBuy gives for restricting a promoter
Help article 28 lists the behaviour that can restrict the programme and your right to bonuses. Several items go beyond fraud. Promoting other cross-border shopping platforms similar to LitBuy means losing promotion qualifications and related earnings. Exaggerating platform services or features to attract users counts as fraud, as do multiple accounts, emulators, plugins and tampered device data.
The list also covers illegal content, interference with the platform, attacking other promoters, false information including infringement of intellectual property or portrait rights, privacy violations and breach of the agreement.
Penalties and the appeal route
Depending on severity, LitBuy may disable the programme (no new invited users, commission settlement suspended), remove users gained by fraud, or, for repeat or severe cases, restrict the programme permanently and close the appeal channel. Users obtained through fraudulent behaviour are reset to zero and cannot be recovered.
There is an appeal button in the programme interface for promoters who have corrected the problem; if nobody appeals, the restriction continues. The agreement adds that a notified violation must be fixed within one business day, failing which LitBuy may end the cooperation, recover bonuses and claim damages.
Money rules: objections, withdrawals and tax
Help 08 limits withdrawals to two per month; past that, the withdrawal function locks until 00:00 on the 1st of the next month. The agreement says bonuses are recalculated after delivery is confirmed or 45 days after delivery, objections to settled bonuses must be raised within three days, and unresolved differences are settled by LitBuy's calculation.
Taxes, including individual income tax, are the promoter's to bear and may be withheld. Payments may be suspended if submitted details are inaccurate or incomplete. The agreement names a different governing law and court from LitBuy's site terms, so read it in full before joining.
Where it touches the other perks
Coupons first. Help 08 says commission is worked out on the international shipping actually paid by invited users, after coupons, platform discounts and promotions. Every coupon on this site therefore lowers the base for someone else's commission.
The share reward second. If a reward post also carries your invite, two rulebooks apply to the same post: rule 2 of the share reward asks you to keep it online for 3 months, and reason 1.1 forbids exaggerating LitBuy's services. LitBuy does not say whether one post may serve both programmes.
Before you share an invite link
- Read the agreement and help 28 in full; the summary here is shortened.
- Check that every claim in your post matches a LitBuy page you can point to.
- Do not run more than one account, and do not use emulators or scripts.
- If you also write about other shopping platforms, read reason 1.7 twice.
- Keep records of your settled bonuses and object within 3 days if a figure looks wrong.
